Edward "King Leo" Nelson

      Edward L. Nelson was born in Bronx, New York
but raised all over New York City. Mr. Nelson has become one of the most respected entertainers in New York City. While coming up from a tough and rugged background, Edward has prospered as a creative producer, engineer and professional stepper. At an early age, Nelson was a drummer in his junior high-school band which became the spark for his interest in beats and percussions. 
       Mr. Nelson later joined his first step team in 1996 and three months later formed The Players Club Steppers. Since then, Nelson has toured and taught step all over the country including for movies and television shows. During the peek of his success King Leo has toured with Alicia Keys, Usher, and Beyonce etc. Ultimately, Mr. Nelson has found a true passion in giving back to his community and a future to upcoming talent and artists.

          Nowadays, you may run into Nelson anywhere in New York City. He is all around helping the community as a teacher, motionvational speaker or performing on stages across the city. Nelson has helped over 50 schools and programs start afterschool step programs and spoken in many junior high and high-schools all over the city saving lives where ever he goes.
